Payment Schedule:
50% deposit required to commence work
Remaining 50% due upon project completion
Monthly services billed in advance
Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
Late Payments: Overdue accounts may incur a 1.5%
monthly service charge and suspension of services.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has
commenced. Refunds for completed work are at our discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Respond to requests for feedback within 7 business days
Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own:
